Terms of service

These terms apply to the One HR website, portal and apps. By using One HR you agree to them.

The service

One HR provides online HR, attendance and payroll tools on a subscription. Features depend on the plan chosen.

Accounts

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters and for the people it gives access to.
• Keep passwords secret and tell us of any unauthorised use.
• Payroll and statutory figures are calculated from the settings and data you provide; please review them before paying salaries or filing returns.

Customer data

The customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. The customer must inform its employees about attendance and activity features it switches on.

Fees

Fees are per active employee per month as shown on the pricing page, plus GST, payable in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful or abusive use.
• No attempts to break security or access other customers' data.
• No reselling without a written agreement.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Punjab have jurisdiction.
