This policy explains what information One HR collects, why, and how it is protected.

Who we are

One HR is an HR, attendance and payroll service. The software is designed and developed by One Mark. Each customer company controls the data of its own employees.

Information we collect

• Company details: name, address, logo, stamp, signature and pay settings.
• Employee records entered by the company: name, contact details, job, salary, bank and statutory numbers.
• Attendance: check-in, break and check-out times, and photo or location when the company turns these on.
• In the One HR apps, while an employee is checked in: whether the computer was in use or idle each minute. No keystrokes, screens or websites.
• Website contact form: the name, email, phone and message you send us.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

• To run attendance, leave, payroll and payslips for the customer company.
• To send account and approval notifications.
• To answer enquiries and provide support.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase / Google Cloud with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role (admin, HR, manager, employee).

Retention

Data is kept while the customer account is active and as required by Indian labour and tax law. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless law requires longer.

Your rights

Employees can view their own records in the portal and ask their employer to correct or delete data. Contact us at onemark0001@gmail.com for privacy requests.

Cookies

The website uses only essential storage to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
